Please ensure you’ve ordered the correct ring/bracelet/necklace size. If you’ve ordered the wrong one, you can return the piece at your own expense and pick something else from the store, but I cannot offer a refund for this being a small business x 

Ready made pieces will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you would like extra insurance on your shipping (AusPost only covers up to $100), please email me directly after purchase so we can sort this out. Depending on the price point it can be around $10-$30 extra.

For orders outside of Australia, please be aware of any duties/taxes your country may want to collect from you upon arrival. For US orders, the 10% tariff is automatically added at checkout x
