To ensure each and every Atoll piece is one of a kind, these are not cast from a model of the ring pictured - each ring is still made from scratch, so the exact details in your ring will differ from the picture, but the style will be the same. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your piece to be crafted.

If you don’t know your ring size, you can order a free sizer here - just pay postage. You can also measure the width of your finger at the knuckle and compare to the ring diameter to get an approximate idea if it will fit, however getting properly sized is highly recommended as I do not offer refunds for ordering the wrong size.

Returns & Shipping

Please ensure you’ve ordered the correct ring/bracelet/necklace size. If you’ve ordered the wrong one, you can return the piece at your own expense and pick something else from the store, but I cannot offer a refund for this being a small business x 

Ready made pieces will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you would like extra insurance on your shipping (AusPost only covers up to $100), please email me directly after purchase so we can sort this out. Depending on the price point it can be around $10-$30 extra.
